Returns or store credit are available for full-priced, original condition items. Items must be returned within 14 days of the received shipment date for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Twenty-Fifth will inspect all received returns and has the right to deny a refund that does not meet the expectation. The customer will be notified by email or phone if their item is not eligible for a refund. The customer will be responsible for all costs of shipping back the item. If the item you received is not what you ordered, or is damaged please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Twenty-Fifth will send you the new item once we receive the faulty item back. Twenty-Fifth will only cover shipping costs of the past faulty item as well as shipping costs for the new shipment, if the mistake came from our end.

Once your return has been received, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used to place the original order. Please note : original shipping charges are non-refundable.
