ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
» You can check the order and status of your package anytime by clicking the tracking number that we include in your ‘Order Process’ e-mail. If your order shows ‘Processing’ this means that we have received your order and we are reviewing and packaging it up to send off to you. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by e-mail. Please note, your order may not qualify for a tracking number. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com if you have any further questions regarding your order status and tracking.
CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
» Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes so please ensure that your billing and shipping information is correct.
» For security purposes, Twenty-Fifth may request additional information to confirm the cardholders identity and billing information. As part of this verification process, you may be required to send Twenty-Fifth a copy of the credit card you used to make the purchase, and a government issued photo ID for the card holder. If you are not able to provide additional verification for your order within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled.
